For a long time, I felt disconnected, like I was going through the motions of life but missing something deeper. I searched for happiness by following the rules, meeting expectations, and keeping everything together. But no matter how much I did, I still felt like something was missing.

Eventually, I realized the disconnection wasn’t from my life - it was from myself.
