Mel is a soul coach, certified yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate a life of alignment and fulfillment.

 

Having transformed her own life through inner work, mindfulness, and holistic practices, Mel is passionate about supporting others on their journey of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.

 

She integrates yoga, meditation, journaling, and heart-centered practices to guide individuals toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

 

Through retreats, soul circles, yoga classes, and online programs, Mel creates spaces for individuals to nurture their body, mind, and soul, rediscover their intuition, and embrace their truest potential
